This Privacy Policy explains how Nira Dental Abroad ("Nira," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit nira-medical.com (the "Site") or use our dental-travel coordination services (collectively, the "Services").

Nira is a dental-travel coordination service, not a dental or medical provider. We help patients compare and arrange treatment with independent, licensed dental professionals at vetted partner clinics, and we coordinate related travel logistics. All clinical care is delivered by those independent professionals, not by Nira. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Some information you choose to share — such as dental records, imaging, photographs, and health history — is sensitive. You provide it voluntarily so that we and the clinics you select can evaluate your case and prepare a treatment comparison. We use it only for that purpose and share it only with the providers and service partners involved in coordinating your care, or as required by law. Nira is a coordination service and is not a "covered entity" under HIPAA; nevertheless, we handle this information with care and limit access to those who need it.
We do not sell your personal information.
