How Nira Dental Abroad collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how Nira Dental Abroad ("Nira," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit nira-medical.com (the "Site") or use our dental-travel coordination services (collectively, the "Services").

Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Who we are

Nira is a dental-travel coordination service, not a dental or medical provider. We help patients compare and arrange treatment with independent, licensed dental professionals at vetted partner clinics, and we coordinate related travel logistics. All clinical care is delivered by those independent professionals, not by Nira. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, location, and details about the treatment you are seeking. To prepare a comparison, you may also choose to share dental and health information such as treatment plans, quotes, dental X-rays or imaging, intraoral photographs, and relevant medical history.
  • Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and on-page interactions, using cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties. We may receive information from the clinics and service providers involved in coordinating your care.

3. Health and dental information

Some information you choose to share — such as dental records, imaging, photographs, and health history — is sensitive. You provide it voluntarily so that we and the clinics you select can evaluate your case and prepare a treatment comparison. We use it only for that purpose and share it only with the providers and service partners involved in coordinating your care, or as required by law. Nira is a coordination service and is not a "covered entity" under HIPAA; nevertheless, we handle this information with care and limit access to those who need it.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and prepare personalized quotes and comparisons;
  • To coordinate consultations, treatment, travel, and follow-up with independent clinics and service providers;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services;
  • To communicate with you about your requests, by email, phone, or text;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we share information

  • Partner clinics and providers you ask us to coordinate with, so they can evaluate and treat your case;
  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, communications, and travel arrangements), under obligations to protect your information;
  • Legal and safety recipients where we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property;
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used, including third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

7. Data retention

We retain personal and health-related information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

10. International transfers

Because we coordinate care with clinics outside the United States, information you provide may be transferred to and processed in other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to these transfers where necessary to provide them.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
